When we look for properties, we are looking for one key ingredient- Value Added Opportunities! Through an extensive due diligence process, we identify where a property is lacking in performance and implement a plan to correct the key issues. Poor management, lack of maintenance, below market rents- all create an opportunity for us to increase the value of our investments and the experience for our tenants.​
When we first begin to investigate an area, we identify what markets are in current expansion mode. The driving force is rapid job growth for an area. Job growth brings in more people and those people need affordable places to live. We position ourselves in areas where supply will naturally shrink and demand will increase forcing the values of our properties to rise.

Dynamic Asset Holdings Inc is a business venture with it's principal office located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company will purchase and hold multi-family housing communities that are attractive to middle income earners. We will also seek other commercial properties such as service-based retail and office space.

We will operate with a strategy that focuses on growing markets and properties that offer value add opportunities. The goal is to own between 6-8 assets in each target market before focusing elsewhere. A promotional plan specific to each location will be outlines and will incorporate internet advertising as well as printed media. The localized campaigns will draw in tenants and bolster branch awareness at each community.

Dynamic Asset Holdings Inc is owned by Kevin Hysick. Kevin has 12+ years of business management experience. He holds a degree in management from SUNY Binghamton University. Previously he has a triplex vacation property located in South Jersey that was rehabbed and used for rental income and enjoying the beautiful Jersey Shore.
